摘要

如今,数字技术已经成为我们生活中不可或缺的一部分。因此,有必要根据数字经济的要求提高劳动力市场中员工的资格。本研究的目的是开发一种方法方法来设计数字经济的能力矩阵。这项研究使用了三种方法。内容分析部分对国内外高校胜任力模型的设计方法进行了研究。分析包括对使用的术语、能力模型的发展阶段、能力水平、原则和模型结构的检查。通过对国外胜任力模型的比较分析,着重分析了各领域专业人员的胜任力模型,确定了所提出的胜任力矩阵要素的条件、原则、结构和内容。基于内容和比较分析的结果,有可能建立一种方法方法来设计数字经济的能力矩阵。
