The results show that the semiconductor film have good insulation performance,the temperature of semiconductor film can be raised 3~6°C under high voltage and the water contact of the super-hydrophobic coating surface can reach to 155°. 摘要

涂有超疏水涂层的绝缘子具有良好的抗结冰性能。但超疏水涂层并不能完全防止结冰,尤其是软霜。为了解决这一问题,本文制备了一种半导体涂层,然后在半导体膜上构造了超疏水涂层,并对这种复合防冰涂层的基本性能进行了测试。结果表明,该半导体膜具有良好的绝缘性能,在高压下半导体膜的温度可提高3~6℃,超疏水涂层表面的水接触可达到155°。超疏水涂层的超疏水性与半导体薄膜的电加热性能相结合,有望彻底解决输电线路绝缘子的防冰问题。
