摘要

利用不同的培养基和PGR进行药用植物的繁殖是费力的,成本低的,并且有可能发生遗传变异。本研究首次提出了一种新的栀子育种方案。该方案具有成本低、时间短、无遗传变异等优点。与近二十年来用于保存的正常组织培养技术相比,该技术是有效的。

In the present investigation, a novel protocol was first time developed for propagation of Gardenia gummifera Linn.f.
