The combination influence of the moisture and temperature on the charge distribution in multi-layer oil-paper insulation system was provided. 摘要

高压直流变压器的主绝缘系统由油纸绝缘组成。油/纸绝缘系统中空间电荷的形成不仅影响绝缘强度,而且关系到高压直流变压器的稳定性和安全性。湿度和温度对油纸绝缘的电气击穿强度和绝缘寿命有不利影响。因此,更好地了解温度和湿度对多层油纸绝缘系统电荷分布的综合影响就变得越来越具有实际意义。在20 kV/mm条件下,采用PEA技术研究了15°C和55°C条件下,3种不同含水率(0.28%、1.32%和4.96%)的三层油纸绝缘系统的空间电荷动力学。给出了温度和湿度对多层油纸绝缘系统电荷分布的综合影响。结果表明,油纸样品的含水率和温度越高,样品中被困电荷的迁移率越高,正电荷注入和负电荷注入现象越明显。
