摘要

为探索知识密集型组织中关键因素对知识工作者-信息系统交互效率的影响作用,提出了关键因素通过任务-人-信息系统匹配影响交互效率的研究模型。应用结构方程建模方法对研究模型进行求解,结果表明:行为导向心理、工作资源环境和信息系统绩效对交互满意度感知的影响较大,其总影响效应值依次为0.579、0.338和0.176;工作资源环境对结果效度感知的影响较大,其总影响效应值为0.376,而信息系统绩效、行为导向心理、认知操作能力对结果效度感知的影响效应几乎相当,其总影响效应值均小于0.15;工作资源环境、行为导向心理、认知操作能力和信息共享对互动时间感知的影响较大,其总影响效应值依次为0.304、0.237、0.194和0.117。
