摘要

针对红外焦平面阵列强度响应的非线性效应,提出了一种基于单波长激光的非线性定标方法。设计了实验设备进行测量,并通过测量设备获得了焦平面阵列的非线性校准曲线。实验结果表明,该方法避免了红外焦平面阵列光谱响应不均匀性的影响,满足了工程技术中设备通用性和实用性的要求,保证了测量的高精度和简单性。
