摘要

儿童心肌炎在临床上较为常见,可造成不同程度的心功能损害。我们研究了磷酸肌酸治疗儿童心肌炎的效果。对照组患儿使用果糖二磷酸钠治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上使用磷酸肌酸治疗。治疗后,观察组患儿的心肌酶谱和心功能均优于对照组。观察组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组。综上所述,磷酸肌酸可明显改善小儿心肌炎患儿的心肌功能,改善心肌酶谱,减轻心肌损伤,且使用安全性高,值得临床推广。
