摘要

一例8岁男童接受左上睑提肌前路切除以矫正先天性上睑下垂。6个月后，他出现机械性上睑下垂，继发于上眼睑无痛性囊性肿块。磁共振证实为隔后边界性囊性肿块。病变被切除，组织病理学检查证实为结膜包涵性囊肿(CIC)。CIC是常见的结膜良性病变，但很少被发现为提上睑肌手术的并发症。
