In this paper, taking advantage of IGCT's advantages of low on-state loss, fast turn-off speed and high reliability, a topology of medium voltage hybrid DC circuit breaker with high breaking current, fast breaking speed and high reliability is proposed, which combines the quick breaking performance of high-speed switch. The optimal parameters of the topology scheme are determined by studying the influence of arc voltage, the charging voltage of capacitor, capacitance and transfer reactor on the breaking characteristics and current transfer characteristics of hybrid circuit breaker. The circuit breaker proposed in this paper can realize the current breaking from 10 A to 20 kA under the conditions, the clearing time is less than 2 ms. Abstract

As the essential protection component in DC distribution system, medium voltage DC circuit breaker that needs to have the characteristics of breaking DC fault current quickly and reliably is the guarantee of the system safe operation. 基于IGCT的中压混合直流断路器拓扑结构研究
中压直流断路器作为直流配电系统中必不可少的保护元件,需要具有快速、可靠地分断直流故障电流的特性,是系统安全运行的保证。本文利用IGCT导通损耗小、关断速度快、可靠性高的优点,结合高速开关的快开性能,提出了一种高开断电流、快开断速度和高可靠性的中压混合直流断路器拓扑结构。通过研究电弧电压、电容器充电电压、电容和传递电抗器对混合式断路器分断特性和电流传递特性的影响,确定了拓扑方案的最优参数。本文提出的断路器可以在10a到20ka的条件下实现电流的分断,清关时间小于2ms。研究结果表明,本文提出的混合式直流断路器拓扑结构具有良好的适用性和可行性。
