Abstract
In this paper, we will discuss the application of a portable Residual Gas Analyzer (RGA) for characterizing and troubleshooting diffusion furnaces and rapid thermal anneal (RTA) reactors in the thermal module at Kilby Fab (KFAB) of Texas Instruments Inc.
