The use of this type of organisational capabilities facilitates ongoing implementation of innovative projects and supports the strategic decision-making processes regarding future directions for human resource capability building. Abstract
Human resource capabilities are one of the key resources required for R&D organisations to carry out projects aimed at the development and implementation of innovations.
