Abstract

In this paper, sleep has been referred to as the being of, for, and by the conscious brain. Normally a brain should function depending on the fundamental of this neurobiological behavior, which is governed by biological systems maintaining stability and circadian, which is a 24 hour process. The usual sleep-wake cycle, altered with aging, differences between genders (male/female), and specific sleep disturbance patterns that link to psychiatric diseases such mental health issues and genetic disorders will all be thoroughly covered in the research that follows. Here, it provides a quick review of the variety of psychiatric disorders—including sleep risk—that a psychiatrist could encounter as well as how they are identified, looked into, treated, and avoided as well.
