THE PRACTICE OF RAISING THE LEVEL OF FINANCIAL CULTURE AND FINANCIAL SECURITY OF THE POPULATION AT THE FEDERAL AND REGIONAL LEVEL (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE OREL STATE UNIVERSITY NAMED AFTER I.S. TURGENEVA)

Abstract

This article explores the current theme of popularization of financial literacy of the population taking into account the Strategy of increasing financial literacy in the Russian Federation. The issue of the international (FATF) and federal (Rosfinmonitoring) level of financial security of the population has been raised. The target group of the study are students of educational institutions, who are most actively involved in the educational process of studying financial culture and financial security through educational events and disciplines, olympiads, competitions on relevant topics. Practical experience of regional practice of financial education, namely, organization of All-Russian vocational guidance and recess shifts by the team of OGU named after I.S. Turgenev with the support of ARFG.
