But the load balanced cell has the problem of out-sequence of the cells in the data stream of the same output port. This paper proposes a feedback-based load-balanced cross-buffer scheduling algorithm to ensure throughput and delay performance. Abstract

With the rapid development of the computer and Internet, users need high-bandwidth and high-stable network environment. Routing and switching, as an important network device, supporting high-quality services. It's always been a focus of researchers.
