Research and Application of the Intelligent Perceptive IOT Architecture for Aerospace Experiment Business Network 面向航天实验业务网络的智能感知物联网架构研究与应用

Based on the analysis of the current situation and requirements of the aerospace business network, faced with the emerging intelligent perception IOT system, the shortcomings of the existing aerospace business network, especially the inadequacies of the existing architecture, are summarized and analyzed, An Intelligent perceptive IOT architecture based on aerospace experiment business network is proposed. From the aspects of system composition and structure characteristics, the new architecture and the existing architecture are analyzed and compared. The key technologies and application advantages involved in the construction of future aerospace business network under the new architecture are discussed.

Box-particle Cardinality Balanced Multitarget Multi-Bernoulli Filter for Multipath Multitarget Tracking in OTHR 盒粒子基数平衡多目标多伯努利滤波在OTHR多路径多目标跟踪中的应用

Abstract. This paper proposes a novel box-particle multipath cardinality balanced multitarget multiBernoulli (BPMPCBMeMBer) filter for the problem of multitarget tracking in Over-the-horizon radar (OTHR). The proposed algorithm combines the multipath cardinality balanced multitarget multiBernoulli (MPCBMeMBer) filter with interval analysis to solve the problems of high computational complexity and nonlinear measurement models. First, establishment of the OTHR measurement model based on interval analysis, and then the box-particle filter is used to derive the BPMPCBMeMBer based on the original MPCBMeMBer filter. Eventually, the simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the BP-MPCBMeMBer filter.

Study of User Behavior Data Mining and Applications in University Libraries --Taking the Central China Normal University Library as an example 高校图书馆用户行为数据挖掘及其应用研究——以华中师范大学图书馆为例

Through analysis of various data types generated from the library of Central China Normal University, such as admission data, borrowing data, digital library utilization data, and consulting service data, we explore the correlation information, value and improvement of library daily work and service. Finally, we propose the application mechanism and strategy of user behavior data of university library, which mainly includes the improvement of the organization system of big data collection, the evaluation of the data scale and usability, positioning and locating the user's big data personalized service demand, and guaranteeing the regularity and effectiveness of the work of each layer in the organization system.

Recognition Method of Urban Residents' Travel Mode based on GPS Data 基于GPS数据的城市居民出行方式识别方法

The rising of big data and the Internet has brought about tremendous changes in travel. The rapid development of computer technology, network technology, wireless communication technology, portable devices, and location-based services provides an opportunity for the application of GPS technology to travel behavior survey. GPS technology has become a new technology to study urban residents' travel behavior and to identify urban residents' travel modes. This paper delivery a travel mode recognition method for urban residents' GPS travel data. Through the process of GPS data preprocessing, trajectory recognition and feature extraction, the recognition algorithm is designed to identify seven urban common travel modes, which are walking, bicycle, car, bus, taxi, subway and urban rail. In this paper, a trajectory recognition algorithm based on transition points is used to segment the trajectory of a single travel mode by identifying the transition points and pedestrian sections. The accuracy of the trajectory recognition process is about 79.8% by validating the open data set. For the extracted single trajectory, the Bagged Trees combined model is used to identify the travel mode with an accuracy of about 76.2%.

An Advanced Particle Swarm Optimization Method based on T-Distribution Random Process 基于t分布随机过程的先进粒子群优化方法

Abstract. There are many real-life engineering problems that entail appropriate optimization methods. Although almost all the problems can be modeled into simple forms described by mathematical formula, it is hard to solve all the decisive problems by a single optimization method. Researchers have developed many effective optimization techniques to solve assorted problems. Among these particle swarm optimization (PSO) has played an important role in optimization of complex and high-dimensional problems. However, PSO suffers from premature convergence and low precision. For this purpose, the paper proposed a TPSO which adapts a stochastic process based on t-distribution and a mechanism of reference set. Subsequently simulations tested on 13 classical benchmark functions demonstrated that the TPSO can achieve faster convergence speed and higher accuracy. Finally, the application on the path planning problem of UAV evaluated the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

Joint Extraction Model of Entities and Events 实体和事件的联合抽取模型

. Joint extraction of entities and events is an important task in information extraction. In order to obtain entities and events in the text simultaneously, in this paper we firstly propose a novel tagging scheme that can transform the joint extraction task to a tagging problem. Then, based on our tagging scheme, we use different end-to-end models to extract entities and events directly and we also propose an improved objective function with different parameters to express the importance of different labels. We conduct experiments on a financial dataset and the results show that our methods are better than other existing models.

Design of Power Wireless Private Network Coverage Prediction System 电力无线专网覆盖预测系统的设计

Abstract. In this paper, according to the practical needs of the electric power wireless network coverage prediction, a propagation model based on real data and revised statistical prediction model (SPM) is proposed to predict the spatial field intensity distribution of the base station and improve the rationality and efficiency of the network planning and construction. The optimal parameters of SPM model parameters are obtained by least square method. On this basis, the coverage prediction with geographic information is proposed. The simulation results show that compared with SPM and LAP model, the proposed scheme can effectively analyze the signal loss intensity around the base station at any location in the map, so as to solve the signal planning problem of the base station.

In rotor systems, especially high load-carrying bearing-rotor system, bend usually arises slightly across the shaft for different reasons, and brings out unexpected effects on rotating vibration. This article puts forward mathematical model on rotating vibration response of a rotor system with a bent shaft. Then through calculation in simulation its studies system’s response with different bend settings. The result shows that bend have effect on shaft vibration response magnitude.
