High-voltage and large-capacity DC/DC converters, as key equipment in future DC grids, have become a hot spot at home and abroad in recent years. This paper proposes a robust high-power DC/DC converter topology by organically combining the thyristors and the sub-modules, which has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency and buck/boost capability. Abstract
