With the development of mechatronics technology in the direction of intelligence, networking, fuzziness, flexibility and miniaturization, new requirements are put forward for the design methods of electromechanical products. The article describes the specific process of simulation design based on SolidWorks/MATLAB. With the help of the highly interactive and realistic 3D virtual space environment provided by this system, the seamless link between classroom theoretical study and factory field practice is realized, and the 3D picking validity judgment function of interactive points is helpful for students to dynamically and real-time manipulate and select objects in the virtual scene. Abstract

The development process of mechatronics has developed rapidly with the progress of various technologies. With the development of mechatronics technology in the direction of intelligence, networking, fuzziness, flexibility and miniaturization, new requirements are put forward for the design methods of electromechanical products. The article describes the specific process of simulation design based on SolidWorks/MATLAB.
