Traditional topographic mapping methods have some disadvantages, such as long working cycle, high labor intensity and easy to be affected by the natural environment, so it is difficult to complete a large area of surveying task in a short time. Airborne lidar measurement technology is a new way to obtain spatial information, which has the characteristics of full digitization, high efficiency, high precision and non-contact, and can easily obtain rich spatial information data. In this paper, the KQ-PSM1500 airborne LiDAR system carried by UAV was used to carry out the topographic mapping work of an area in Anhui Province where the vegetation coverage rate was up to 90% and the terrain height difference was large. Using the acquired Airborne LIDAR point cloud data, the high-precision point cloud 3D model was generated through data processing. The example shows that this method has obvious advantages in the harsh environment of deep mountains and dense forests, and its point cloud accuracy can also meet the requirements of topographic mapping.

In this paper, we propose a comprehensive indicator consisting of distance, time pressure, and order revenue as the order selection criterion to help drivers choose the right order for multi-period food delivery problem. We model the order selection as a sequential decision-making problem, where the decision of assigning an order to a driver is determined from the driver's perspective. Then the routing problem is solved using nearest neighbor algorithm. Finally, through extensive simulation experiments, the proposed approach delivers improvement on the driver's efficiency and total revenue.

ECG signal can reflect rich physiological information of human body. The health state of human body can be obtained through the analysis of ECG signal. At present, most ECG detectors can only detect ECG signal and calculate heart rate, but can not carry out intelligent diagnosis. A STM32 development board with a front-end acquisition module is used to collect the analog ECG signal generated by an ECG simulator in this works, and the collected signal is uploaded to the Edge Impulse platform for the construction and training of diagnostic model. Then, the trained ECG diagnosis neural network model is deployed in the main controller of the development board for heart rate calculation and ECG signal diagnosis. The device can not only monitor the user's ECG signal, but also display the graphical ECG signal, calculate heart rate value and classify diagnostic results.

The purpose of this paper is to study the security control measures when data is distributed and shared, and necessary privacy data protection measures should be taken. On the one hand, when data leakage occurs after data is distributed, it can accurately locate which responsibility link occurs according to the added data watermark information, and then trace the responsibility and strengthen the weak link control. On the other hand, through the joint query technology in the data encryption sharing scenario, this paper studies how to build a trusted security system to ensure the complete trust between the data participants and provide effective support for big data analysis.

In this paper, a miniaturized broadband bandpass filter operating in microwave band is designed based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW). The filter periodically etches symmetrical concave grooves on the metal surface of SIW, forming a defected ground structure (DGS) which produces the high-frequency conduction and the band gap effect, respectively. In addition, this design strengthens the out-band rejection and reduces the circuit area. The filtering effect in passband is realized by the combination of the high-pass characteristic of substrate integrated waveguide and low-pass characteristic of defected ground structure. The results of simulation show that the center frequency of the filter is 26GHz, and the passband range is from 22.5GHz to 29.5GHz, in which the return loss is less than −10dB and the insertion loss is higher than −2dB.

The fleet size and mix vehicle routing problem with time windows (FSMVRPTW) is an important extended type of vehicle routing problem, and it has been proved to be a NP-hard problem in combinatorial optimization, which is difficult or impossible to obtain optimal solutions in large-scale cases. A four-step improved simulated annealing algorithm is proposed, which obtains a good initial solution through the construction of the first three steps and introduces four local search operators to iterate in the fourth step. To evaluate its performance, we test it with Solomon's VRPTW benchmark problems. The computational results demonstrate that the high -quality solutions can be obtained by using the new algorithm within an accepted computational time.

This study presents an adaptive channel selection method for P300 detection. The proposed adaptive channel selection method selects the channel efficiently by introducing multiple kernel learning. The multiple kernel learning proposed in this paper selects the model, maps the EEG signals in different acquisition channels into different feature spaces through different kernel functions at first. Then it constructs multiple kernel functions by linear weighting and uses multiple kernel classifier training process to learn weight coefficients to adaptively select the optimal sampling set channel combination. The experiment demonstrates that the adaptive channel selection method under the multiple kernel learning is reasonable.

Pre-training strategies greatly improve various image classification model's accuracy. They have proved to be effective for guiding the model to attend on objects in complex samples, thereby letting the network perform better without adding extra inference cost. However, the training strategies and pipelines dramatically vary among different models, and they only change the complexity of the samples, but do not really combine the targets with the training process of the network. We therefore propose the DetachMix augmentation strategy, and it is divided into two steps: the first step is to segment the picture according to the color channels and train them separately on the network. The second step is to merge the first convolutional layer of the obtained weight files to replace the one obtained during normal training. The network model gained through DetachMix can not only combine images with network training, but also can be used in combination with other methods of processing samples (such as cutmix [1], Mixup [2], etc.). The method we proposed improves network performance by improving the network's ability to extract original semantic information from picture, and it is applicable to all models with the same reasoning time. We conducted a test on the collected Person Head State dataset and compared our method with the latest data processing methods. DetachMix can improve up to at most 8.3% precision compared to state-of-the-art baselines, reached 91.43 %.
