Abstract

Providing leading edge Si foundry service is a complicated operation. It requires advanced technology, consistent quality, and flexible service at low cost. Optimizing technology development strategies in terms of research directions, capital investment timing, rapid execution, and smooth manufacturing transition are of pivotal importance to the success of a premium foundry provider.
