汽车前部清洗喷嘴失效分析与研究
本文作者对湘潭吉利汽车生产基地雨刮器洗涤系统发生故障时,清洗球芯断裂的问题是喷头,结合生产实际,在对产品故障原因进行分析的基础上,发现球芯断裂基本出现在冬季,温度下降后塑料收缩,喷头与线轴的匹配过紧,用户无需使用专用调试工具调试铜球;针对造成球芯断裂的原因,提出增大前洗车喷头初始喷射角度6.5°,并调整喷头球芯结构,使球芯由方形向V型槽根方向移动,增强球芯槽的强度,采用三维建模的方法,根据前洗车喷头的设计参数,通过Pro/E 3D软件完成前洗车喷头的三维模型的改进设计;利用ANSYS Workbench对改进前水洗嘴前后的变形和应力分布进行有限元分析,改进后的变形从0.0023643 mm减小到0.0012954 mm,改进后的最大应力值从472.87 MPa减小到259.09 MPa,极限强度小于300 MPa,验证了改进设计的合理性,对于企业解决质量问题,具有很好的参考价值。
