: In the LADRC controller, the former proposes a parameter adjustment method based on bandwidth design, but the effect still has room for improvement. This article will improve the effects of the controller in two ways. First, the known model information of the controlled object is introduced into the controller design to reduce the observer's interference observation load. On the other hand, the filtering methods of Bessel, Butterworth and Chebyshev are used to design the equivalent design of the extended state observer parameters, thereby increasing the overall performance of the controller by approximately 60%.

: Nowadays, gas insulated switchgear (GIS) has been widely used in power systems. Due to some external factors, there may be defects in GIS, and some minor defects are difficult to find in the early stage. However, partial discharges (PD) is easy to occur in the defects and make the defect large, which may cause the failure of GIS and bring about huge economic losses to both power systems and society eventually. Therefore, it is helpful to discover the defect discharge in time and predict its development trend for the early warning of fault and taking suitable countermeasures. In this paper, ARMA model is selected to predict the development trend of partial discharge, and partial discharge experiment and three kinds of defect models are designed evaluate the prediction effect of the ARMA model. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that ARMA model can accurately predict the development trend of linear characteristic parameters, but it cannot predict that of irregular characteristic parameters of PD accurately.

: The error factors of articulated arm coordinate measuring machine (AACMM) are many and the relationship between them is nonlinear, which is difficult to establish the model by traditional mathematical modeling. This paper analyses the error sources, on the basis of parameter calibration, to select the angle coding, thermal deformation and probe system as the research object and introduce coordinate values to indirectly describe the remaining errors in the model. The BP neural network is used to build up the error compensation model, connection weights of the neural network are optimized by the modified simulated annealing (MSA) algorithm, which solves the problem that the neural network is easy to fall into the local minimum and the susceptible to interference. The data samples are obtained through experiments, and the test data are utilized to exercise model built. The experimental result demonstrates that the average value of the single point repeatability error after compensation is reduced from 0.1782 mm to 0.0383 mm.

: The detection probability of the radar of the vehicle target tracking system is often less than 1 during driving on urban roads, and the measurement data loss problem may occur. In this paper, the stability of the vehicle target tracking system is studied and the sufficient conditions are given for the stability of the mean-square exponent under incomplete measurement conditions. A suboptimal estimation algorithm for vehicle target tracking motion parameters under incomplete measurement conditions is given when the detection probability is known. The simulation results show that the proposed filtering algorithm is effective.

In this paper, through the flexible body of torsion beam established by HyperMesh is introduced into ADAMS/CAR software for simulation of suspension K&C characteristics. The influences of three factors, such as the opening angle of the beam, beam position and bush installation angle, on the K&C performance of the suspension are obtained. The analysis shows that the opening angle and position of the beam have a great influence on the K&C characteristics of the suspension, especially the change of toe angle and height of the roll center, and provides a reference for the design of the torsion beam at early stages and a direction for the suspension K&C characteristics optimization in late period.

In order to evaluate the reliability of over-temperature using of Plastic Encapsulated Microcircuit (PEM) in military, this paper designs tests to simulate environmental suitability and lifetime by analyzing the failure mode and mechanism of PEM (the plastic encapsulated microcircuit). Based on the analysis, the evaluating tests are designed and conducted, and the result shows that HAST (High accelerated stress temperature), temperature cycling, and Steady state life test under the operating condition but within the maximum temperature limit, can be chosen to evaluate the reliability of the devices used over-temperature in sequence. This provides a set of feasible evaluation methods for the over-temperature using of PEM, which can effectively guarantee the quality and reliability of PEM, also provides theoretical basis for the subsequent formation of effective evaluation methods and standards for the screening and detection of the overtemperature using of PEM.

During the operation of the satellite in orbit, the operating state may change due to the fault. The impact of satellite failures on satellites is enormous. In this paper, satellite fault detection and recovery is taken as the research object, and an automatic fault detection and recovery framework (AFRF) for fault recognition and recovery of satellite autonomous operation and task re-planning is proposed. Artificial intelligence methods are used in the framework to implement on-board rapid diagnosis faults, autonomous fault repair, and autonomic task re-planning. The experimental results show that the proposed framework can solve the satellite fault problem well and has a good engineering application prospect.
