Abstract

It takes a psychological skill commonly called resilience that can adapt to various new habits after the Covid-19 pandemic.  This research aims to accumulate different approaches that can be used to increase resilience from the impact of Covid-19. To achieve this goal, the appropriate research method is a qualitative research model using the library research method.
