The study concluded that investment in human capital development is a panacea for issues relative to job satisfaction; and that Public Tertiary Institutions in Kogi State must give attention to social safety and health care. Abstract

This study aimed at Human Capital Development and the job satisfaction of staff in public tertiary institutions in Kogi State. The sample size (126) was selected using multi-stage sampling technique.
