Abstract

Abstract: this article examines the main approaches in domestic and foreign literature related to the problem of forming the state of individual happiness. Peculiarities of the psychological factors of individual happiness depending on its level during martial law have been revealed. It was established that respondents with a high level of happiness compared to respondents with a low level of happiness feel the ability to influence important events in their lives, the ability to manage them, and have goals for the future. They feel joy; warm feelings, affection and involvement towards others. It has been empirically proven that with the help of the training program there is a possibility of a positive influence on the target sphere of the personality, which contributes to the improvement of the state of happiness of the respondents, awareness of life and professional goals.
