Tested in this study The role– structure questionnaire of leadership skills allows to evaluate the degree of development of leadership skills by the roles of the Negotiator, who performs a communicative function of leadership, a Coach, who performs a didactic function of leadership, a Guide who performs an organizational function of leadership, a Counsellor, who performs the communicative and organizational function of leadership, a Motivator who performs a motivational function of leadership, a Friend who performs an emotional function of leadership. Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of leadership skills from the standpoint of the role approach, as well as the standardization of the role–structure questionnaire of leadership skills.
