the article analyzes the main professional functions, which require the presence of professionally important qualities, of the penitentiary workers in the state criminal-executive service of Ukraine as well as military officers. On the basis of scientific and pedagogical research, a set of professionally important qualities of future law enforcement specialists of the penitentiary system and military officers is determined and substantiated, namely, leadership qualities, responsibility, critical thinking, stress resistance, willpower, professional self-development and adequate self-esteem.

the article is devoted to revealing the value orientations of the teaching staff of higher education institutions and their role in forming the professional image of the future specialist of educational and pedagogical sciences in the conditions of martial law; such definitions as “professional image of the future specialist of educational and pedagogical sciences”, “value”, “personal value system”, “pedagogical values”, “professional values” are revealed; the value orientations characteristic of a teacher during martial law are defined: vital (health, family, well-being, love and peace, stability, creative individualism), professional (competence, scientific knowledge, objectivity, motivation, creativity, critical thinking), national (linguistic globalization, educating young people on the ideas of peace , humanity and security, social responsibility, initiative, patriotism), spiritual values of Ukrainian state-building (independence, democracy, European choice, human rights, social justice, freedom in all its manifestations); the results of a survey conducted among masters of specialty 232 “Social security” regarding the ranking of value orientations and their role in shaping the image of future specialists in educational and pedagogical sciences in the conditions of martial law are given; the decisive role of the value orientations of the teaching staff of higher education institutions in their focus on adaptation in critical situations, attention to students, the formation of their stress resistance, the development of spirituality, and patriotism has been proven.

THE LEVEL OF SATISFACTION WITH THE ORGANIZATION OF ONLINE LEARNING AMONG HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS 高等教育学生对在线学习组织的满意程度

the article is devoted to the study of the level of satisfaction of higher education students with various aspects of the organization of online education. The results of a survey of 124 applicants representing various higher education institutions of Ukraine are presented. It is shown that the main parameters that must be taken into account when organizing online training are: training platform, content, communication organization, schedule organization, evaluation and reporting, technical support, motivation. Each of these aspects has its own characteristics and requires attention and systematic support. The most optimal way of researching the level of satisfaction with the organization of online education is a questionnaire, as a research method that allows you to quickly and flexibly obtain information about new topics in the field of education. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was determined that the applicants are most satisfied with the evaluation and reporting, the quality of the educational content, the organization of communication and the platform for learning. Applicants consider the organization of the schedule, technical support of the educational process, and support of educational motivation to be unsatisfactory.
本文致力于研究高校学生对在线教育组织各方面的满意度。文章介绍了对代表乌克兰各高等教育机构的 124 名申请人的调查结果。结果表明,在组织在线培训时必须考虑的主要参数有:培训平台、内容、交流组织、时间安排、评估和报告、技术支持、激励。这些方面各有特点,需要给予关注和系统支持。研究在线教育组织满意度的最佳方式是问卷调查,这种研究方法可以快速灵活地获取教育领域新课题的相关信息。根据问卷调查的结果,确定申请人最满意的是评估和报告、教学内容的质量、交流的组织和学习的平台。申请者认为日程安排、教育过程的技术支持和对教育动机的支持不尽人意。

ACMEOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLIGENCE 智力发展的力学方面

It is shown that the increase in the specific weight of mental work and its creative nature increases the needs of society for the development of the intelligence of specialists. At the same time, the requirements for the content of the phenomenon of intelligence are changing. This refers to a systematic combination of professionalism and the general and professional culture of an intellectual and his professionally and socially significant personal traits and qualities. The article reveals the system of direct and inverse relationships of intelligence with the acme of a person as the highest level of his life achievements. This applies to both professional competence and personal self-realization. The need for the development and purposeful use of innovative pedagogical technologies, focused on the formation of students' desire to become real intellectuals and master the highest level of professionalism, is substantiated.

SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL TRAINING COMPONENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION APPLICANTS BY IMPLEMENTING THE DIGITALIZATION OF THE INFORMATION SPACE 通过实施信息空间数字化,对高等教育申请者进行科学和实践培训

The article deals with the problem of forming a competent understanding of students' scientific research work as a component of the training specialists system in the technical field. The main attention is paid on the experience of technical universities in Ukraine in the implementation of various forms of the scientific research work in the educational process. It is proved that the students’ scientific research work has a two-level end-to-end character. The expectations of respondents regarding the implementation of different forms and methods of the scientific research work into the educational process are described. The self-evaluation of bachelors was based on the personal experience of students participating in various types of scientific activities. The historical experience of introducing forms and methods of student scientific research work based on the use of archival statistical materials is investigated. It is emphasized that the new conditions that have arisen with the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the full-scale war started by the russian federation have made certain changes to the conduct of scientific activities with students. It is necessary to revise approaches to its organization in order to integrate into the globalized information society.
文章论述了作为技术领域专家培养体系组成部分的学生科学研究工作的形成问题。文章主要关注乌克兰技术大学在教育过程中实施各种形式的科学研究工作的经验。事实证明,学生的科学研究工作具有两级端到端特点。受访者对在教学过程中实施不同形式和方法的科学研究工作的期望得到了描述。本科生的自我评价以学生参与各类科学活动的亲身经历为基础。研究了在使用档案统计资料的基础上引入学生科学研究工作的形式和方法的历史经验。研究强调,随着 COVID-19 大流行病的蔓延和俄联邦发动的全面战争而出现的新情况使学生科学活动的开展发生了某些变化。为了融入全球化的信息社会,有必要修改其组织方法。

THE STATE OF FORMATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL INDICATORS OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY 未来对外经济活动专家交际能力心理指标的形成状况

The article discusses the topic of communicative competence of future specialists in foreign economic activity. The components of the communicative competence of a future specialist in foreign economic activity were determined, and the following were included: communicative skills, the ability to overcome communicative barriers, the ability to reflect and improve oneself in order to overcome intercultural obstacles. The psychodiagnostic tools for determining the level of development of the components of the communicative competence of a foreign economic activity specialist have been specified: KOS-2 (communicative and organizational tendencies), the ―Emotional barriers in interpersonal communication‖ method, the method of diagnosing the level of reflexivity, the―Meaning-life orientations‖ test. As a result of the empirical research, it was determined that only 8 % of respondents have a high level of communicative competence of future specialists in foreign economic activity, the majority of respondents demonstrated an average level of communicative competence development (64 %), a low level of communicative competence was determined in 28 % of respondents.

PSYCHOLOGICAL CORRELATIONS OF RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY OF BELIEVERS 信徒宗教活动的心理相关性

the article is devoted to the study of indicators of religious activity and the use of prayer as coping, existential resources, religious self-regulation, personal virtues. 98 people of different faiths took part in the study. It was found that the higher the manifestation of religious activity as a combination of the ability to religious experiences, actions and a deep inner need to communicate with Theos, the greater the autonomous religious self-regulation and psychological need to use prayer to ensure various coping functions. It is shown that religious activity is positively related to such personal virtues as constancy, integrity, kindness, mercy, humility, prudence and spirituality, however, external religious motivation is related to creativity, love of learning, cheerfulness, love, social intelligence, hope , gratitude and humor, that is, having an adaptive potential for the challenges of the modern life of a believer. In addition, higher indicators of external religiosity predict a higher degree of development of the existential resources of the individual. It was determined that the naturalistic worldview corresponds to a higher degree of development of the moral component of spiritual intelligence, whereas the religious worldview is to a greater extent mutually determined by high indicators of the transcendental component of spiritual intelligence in believers.

It was found that the higher the manifestation of religious activity as a combination of the ability to religious experiences, actions and a deep inner need to communicate with Theos, the greater the autonomous religious self-regulation and psychological need to use prayer to ensure various coping functions. It is shown that religious activity is positively related to such personal virtues as constancy, integrity, kindness, mercy, humility, prudence and spirituality, however, external religious motivation is related to creativity, love of learning, cheerfulness, love, social intelligence, hope , gratitude and humor, that is, having an adaptive potential for the challenges of the modern life of a believer. In addition, higher indicators of external religiosity predict a higher degree of development of the existential resources of the individual. THE ESSENCE OF MANAGEMENT COMPETENCE OF FUTURE OFFICERS 未来官员管理能力的本质

In today’s conditions of full-scale Russian aggression against Ukraine, the managerial competence level of the Armed Forces of Ukraine officers becomes especially important. The definition of the “management competence of the future officer” essence remains insufficiently researched. The article based on the conducted theoretical analysis clarifies the essence of the managerial competence concept of the future officer as an integrated component of professional competence, which determines his ability to perform effective military management activities in peacetime and wartime on the basis of acquired knowledge, abilities, skills, personal and professional qualities.

FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS IN STUDENTS 培养学生民族自觉意识的特点

the article is devoted to the problem of the development of national self-awareness in times of large-scale cultural and historical transformations. The concept of national self-awareness, the idea of it in the works of Western and Ukrainian scientists is studied. The article determined that the main components of national self-awareness are a caring and responsible attitude towards the environment, kindness, sincerity, justice, hard work, patriotism, interest in the history of the native land, interest in the traditions of the people, its culture, self-improvement, love for the native language, mutual assistance. The authors presented a questionnaire aimed at determining the importance of various components of national self-awareness among young people who are getting higher education in different regions of Ukraine. The results of the study are presented, which indicates that in the structure of national self-awareness, young people value the love of their native language, interest in the history of their native land and the traditions of the people, patriotism, justice, mutual assistance, caring and responsible attitude towards the environment. At the same time, they underestimate those components that are related to personal qualities, in particular: self-improvement, hard work, sincerity, kindness.
文章主要探讨了在大规模文化和历史变革时期民族自我意识的发展问题。文章研究了民族自觉的概念、西方和乌克兰科学家作品中的民族自觉思想。文章认为,民族自觉的主要内容包括:对环境的关心和负责任的态度、善良、真诚、正义、勤劳、爱国主义、对祖国历史的兴趣、对民族传统、民族文化的兴趣、自强不息、热爱母语、互助。作者提交了一份调查问卷,旨在确定在乌克兰不同地区接受高等教育的年轻人中民族自我意识各组成部分的重要性。研究结果表明,在民族自我意识结构中,年轻人重视对母语的热爱、对祖国历史和民族传统的兴趣、爱国主义、正义、互助、对环境的关爱和负责任的态度。与此同时,他们低估了与个人品质有关的内容,特别是:自强、勤奋、真诚、善良。

WEB DEVELOPERS' PERCEPTIONS ABOUT THE PERSONALITY OF A SUCCESSFUL SPECIALIST 网络开发人员对成功专家个性的看法

The article is devoted to an empirical study of the ideas of web developers about the success of a specialist in their professional field. It was determined that in modern science considerable attention is paid to the study of the personality of software developers and their influence on the success of professional and team activities. It is shown that the subjective differential method was used to diagnose respondents' ideas about the personality of a successful web developer, which allows people to express their subjective experiences and feelings about a certain personality or concept. A special advantage of the technique is that it allows quantitative measurement of such difficult-to-measure indicators as perceptions. In the course of empirical research, it was determined that when evaluating a successful personality, web developers chose only qualities from the positive spectrum. From their point of view, the most common qualities of a successful web developer are: rationality, meaningfulness, excitement, need, high salary, and voluntariness.
