It comprises a single and 2 patch elements present on Roger RT Duroid 5880 substrate (2.2 dielectric constant) and used rectangular slot with addition of 45 degree rotation in circular patch. The antenna arrays have been presented and simulated by HFSS 13.0 software (high frequency structure simulator). The proposed antenna array shows −27.5231 dB return loss and 8.8965dB gain at 2.4 GHz which implies good results. The presented antenna shows VSWR of 0.7310 dB at 2.4GHz which represent good impedance matching at the desired frequency.
