Design and Development of NavIC and GPS based Geolocation System for CO2 Monitoring 基于NavIC和GPS的CO2监测地理定位系统的设计与开发

With the development and implementation of NavIC, India has joined the league of very few countries having its own satellite navigation system. NavIC when used together with GPS, provides improved positioning accuracy. Therefore, the design and development of indigenous $text{NavIC} +text{GPS}$ based geolocation systems for mobiles, automotive, IoT services, tracking and monitoring systems, etc. have been gaining significance. In this paper, a $text{NavIC}+text{GPS}$ based geolocation system for CO2level monitoring is designed using a low-cost $text{NavIC}+text{GAGAN}/$ GPS receiver module, Microcontrollers, and a CO2Sensor. This system measures the CO2level with respect to $text{NavIC} + text{GPS}$-based location and time. The proposed system is economical and is a step towards the adoption of NavIC in monitoring systems. Also, such systems carry significance in view of the increasing air pollution in major Indian cities. Further, this system can be extended to monitor major air pollutants such as PM10, PM2.5, dust etc.

Evaluation of Tools and Extension for Fake News Detection 假新闻检测工具评价及扩展

Exposing Fake news is required in today's digital era. In this paper, we discussed several ways to detect the misleading content which the general public can follow. We also provide a detailed discussion of existing tools and extension which are already available for fake news detection. We present several systems designed by researchers to fight against misinformation. Several Fact-checking websites are discussed here to help social media users verify the information present in Social-media. The public should access these tools to determine the fabricated content. This paper will help the general public to know the basic techniques for fake news identification. We ran LSTM and BI-LSTM Classifier on existing Kaggle dataset and achieved 91.51% accuracy using Bi-LSTM classifier.

Analysis through Text Mining Approach: Culinary Experience Dimensions of International Tourists 基于文本挖掘的国际游客烹饪体验维度分析

Culinary tourism attracts a large number of international tourists to experience local delicacies. With the availability of internet services, tourists form an impression about the destination by accessing the reviews digitally. This paper aims to determine the culinary experience dimensions by evaluating the boundaries of digital evidences that are written online by the international tourists after experiencing local food at the attraction. The data was gathered from a popular review website TripAdvisor.com which is widely used in travel and tourism industry. A total of 267 reviews from international tourist about Delhi street food were gathered and qualitative analysis was carried out using bigram analysis in R software to identify the frequent phrases. Later, dimensions were classified, based on the frequent phrases. The findings suggested that identified dimensions of tourists experience on Delhi street food can enhance the destination image of the attraction in front of international tourist who is scrutinizing the reviews online. This paper used a novel dataset and the results can contribute to the culinary literature. Future studies can be planned using bigger respondent values at different geographical locations.

Handwritten Digit Recognition Using CNN 使用CNN的手写数字识别

The issue of transcribed digit acknowledgment has for some time been an open issue in the field of example order. A few examined have demonstrated that Neural Network has an incredible execution in information arrangement. The fundamental target of this paper is to give effective and solid procedures to acknowledgment of transcribed numerical by looking at different existing arrangement models. This paper thinks about the exhibition of Convolutional Neural Network (CCN). Results demonstrate that CNN classifier beat over Neural Network with critical improved computational effectiveness without relinquishing execution. Handwritten digit recognition can be performed using the Convolutional neural network from Machine Learning. Using the MNIST (Modified National Institute of Standards and Technologies) database and compiling with the CNN gives the basic structure of my project development. So, basically to perform the model we need some libraries such as NumPy, ‘Pandas’, TensorFlow, Keras. These are the main structure on which my main project stands. MNIST data contains about 70,000 images of handwritten digits from 0–9. So, it is a class 10 classification model. This dataset is divided into 2 parts i.e. Training and Test dataset. Image representation as 28*28 matrix where each cell contains grayscale pixel value.

Mitigating Financial Fraud Using Data Science - “A Case Study on Credit Card Frauds” 利用数据科学减少金融诈骗-“信用卡诈骗个案研究”

In the early years of fast and active development of 80s and 90s, financial frauds happened to be pretty simple. They were not more than duplicity of forged cheques, draining peoples or investors' money through fake company formations, and minutest scrutinization of the loan documents etc. These were the only means for the fraudsters to play around. It is only after the advancement and adoption of desktop culture we have witnessed the whole new age of cybercrime and digital frauds. Investors, retailers, businesses and corporates none were spared and were hard hit. Since then, financial frauds have become intimidating for businesses and especially for the banks across the globe. With the advent and continuous advancement of technology it has further complicated the ways and means for the fraudsters ending up into catastrophic consequences. As data is growing many related connected challenge are also increasing. With the help of data science various aspect of data can be analyzed, various pattern of accessing the data can be understood, which can eventually help to understand the probability of risk associated with various pattern of storing / accessing / retrieving the data. This paper also presents the an analysis on open source dataset, taken from Kaggel, for the data analysis by using logistic regression, and the results of which are measure with confusion matrix, which provides more clear understand of the dataset.

Integration of solar power in smart grid, perspective: Chittagong (Bangladesh) 太阳能在智能电网中的整合,透视:吉大港(孟加拉国)

To meet the increasing electricity demand, it's high time to set up a smart network so that the loss can be minimized. This paper illustrates the importance of the smart grid, availability, and integration of solar energy to the smart grid from the perspective of Chittagong. Smart grid is an automated, electrical network based on digital technology, which is used to distribute power from the grid by two-way communication systems to producers and customers on the grid. The power generation of Bangladesh largely depends on Gas, Coal, and Diesel. As the reserves of mineral resources/fossil fuels are limited, the use of renewable energy is being considered as one of the main approaches for the sustainable development program. Besides, the traditional power grid in Bangladesh is very complex & the loss of transmission is nearly 3.40%, where the loss of distribution is around 14.5%. The implementation of a smart grid system will mitigate these losses. The inclusion of renewable energy into the smart grid will reduce fossil fuel reliance and eliminate the problem of load shedding.

An Investigation on the Performance of Intra-site and Inter-site Coordinated Multipoint LTE-A Networks 局内和局间协调多点LTE-A网络性能研究

Coordinated multipoint (CoMP) is a novel interference mitigating technique that can alleviate or even exploit the inter-cell interference as a beneficial signal in the homogenous and heterogeneous cellular mobile networks. Coordinated scheduling/coordinated beamforming (CS/CB) is one of the CoMP schemes that suppresses the inter-cell interference within a set of coordinating cells, thereby improving the performance of mobile users, particularly those located at cell edges. This article aims to evaluate the cell coordination benefits offered by CS/CB scheme in the homogenous cellular networks. Specifically, we investigate the throughput and spectral efficiency performance of CS/CB in the intra-site and inter-site scenarios. Simulation results suggest that CS/CB-CoMP scheme can bring noticeable performance gains compared to the conventional non-coordination scheme. Specifically, we investigate the throughput and spectral efficiency performance of CS/CB in the intra-site and inter-site scenarios. Hand Sign Recognition using Infrared Imagery Provided by Leap Motion Controller and Computer Vision 使用Leap运动控制器和计算机视觉提供的红外图像进行手势识别

Speech Impairment and conversion of sign language to human re-engineered audio signals is something computer science has always been interested in. However, the architectural robustness and extraction of features on a very insignificant area of change have posed decade long problems to achieve this idea. The paper proposes a Convolutional Neural network based on a deep belief model on Data imagery collected by leap motion controllers on hand sign recognition. The database is composed of 10 different hand-gestures that were performed by 10 different subjects (5 men and 5 women) which is presented, composed by a set of near-infrared images acquired by the Leap Motion sensor. The paper tries to achieve high accuracy on the pertaining training set inorder to create and form a robust model. It embraces the first step towards image understanding of human signs and aid specially-abled people. We have implemented and tested the algorithm for 2000 images each class. The paper achieves the accuracy and precision of 99.4% and 99.68% respectively. The implications of the study intend to enhance understanding of infrared imagery for small areas of localization feature detection and intend to help the idea of human audio re-engineering a resurgence by using the same.

IoT is simply interconnecting computing devices through a connected network. IoT is capable of transferring enormous data over the network without human intercession. This real-time data is managed using cloud services, supported with powerful computational software and hardware. This data is collected from numerous sensors installed in the user environment. IoT is the future of computation and will impact our lives in every aspect. In this paper, we have presented an IoT powered wireless sensor network for Gas Detection. These detectors are able to detect burnable, combustible, and dangerous gases, and oxygen consumption using numerous sensors connected through IoT. This system is very flexible while accessing remote devices wirelessly around the world. This system offers the benefits of less power consumption and computational cost. In addition, it contributes to the development of open and compact size stacks.

Analyzing Adoption of Electric Vehicles in India for Sustainable Growth Through Application of Technology Acceptance Model 应用技术接受模型分析印度电动汽车的可持续发展

The growing concern for the environment, increasing prices of oil and alarming pollution levels in the country has led the government to urge citizens to adopt eco-friendly modes of transport particularly Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles. Absence of a robust charging infrastructure and high cost of EVs serves as a major deterrent to adoption of electric vehicles. This research studies the potential of setting up Electric Vehicles in India as well as policies and other requirement to push adoption and promotion of Electric Vehicles. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of consumer's knowledge about EVs, perceived risk, perceived usefulness, and current financial incentive policies on consumer's intention to adopt EVs using Technology Acceptance Model.
