This study aims to analyze and synthesize a number of correlational studies that examine the relationship between principal managerial skills with teacher performance. This study uses meta-analysis techniques. Meta-analysis conducted on 13 studies about the managerial skills of principals and teacher performance. Results of this meta-analysis strengthens the evidence of the 13 studies that the managerial skills of principal has a positive relationship with teacher performance. Abstract
