As to measurement of microwave power, traditional uncertainty analysis ignores or over-estimates some uncertainty because the precise model of uncertainty is too complicated to use. This paper firstly tries to provide a perfect model of microwave power measurement uncertainty and then discusses uncertainty evaluation by Monte Carlo Method including mathematic modeling and Monte Carlo simulation. Abstract
