Abstract

In the teaching of Chinese characters in primary and secondary schools, problems such as "character amnesia" and wrongly written characters can still be found. There are two main reasons: first, students don’t know the origin and development of Chinese characters; second, students fail to better understand the excellent traditional cultural factors in Chinese characters. In order to improve the teaching effect of Chinese characters, it is necessary to strengthen the teaching of the origin and flow of Chinese characters, and pay attention to the scientific teaching of Chinese characters.
