Abstract

: Teacher-Student Relationship and Teacher Subjective Well-being: Understanding the Employment Status as Moderator. Objective: This research aimed to see whether the teacher employment status could moderate the association between teacher-student relationship and teacher subjective well-being in secondary level of education. :师生关系与教师主观幸福感:以就业状况为调节因素的认识。目的:本研究旨在老师就业状况是否可以适度的师生关系之间的关系和教师主观幸福感在中等水平的教育。方法:本研究采用非实验相关设计的定量研究方法。采用相关分析和简单回归分析来衡量调节效果。结果发现:就业状况对师生关系对教师主观幸福感的影响没有显著的调节作用。结论:本研究结果未能证实就业状况对中等教育阶段师生关系与教师主观幸福感的调节作用。
