Abstract

This article shows an insight about the quality of the teaching in the engineering programs, specifically in the master and PhD programs. It identifies the most important aspects to determine the quality of the professors in advanced academic contexts. In order to do so, research is done with students from master and PhD programs about the dimensions of teacher‘s performance.
