In addition, there was a significant difference between pre-posts and groups in the condition of one leg and tandem standing with eyes closed on the floor. There was a significant difference between pre-posts and groups in the condition of two feet, one leg and tandem standing with eyes closed on the pad. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate 10 weeks neuromuscular training on power and balance in Taekwoon-demonstration(Taekwoon-demo).
