Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the factors that trainees' immersion in exercise leads to the trainees' continued exercise, and to find out the positive relationship and communication with trainees in managing trainees based on the results of life satisfaction that trainees can obtain. The purpose is to provide basic data to help the training of Taekwondo trainees and the vitalization of gymnasium management through the understanding of trainees with the expectation of effect.
As a result of the study, it was found that exercise commitment had a good effect on exercise continuation and life satisfaction.
