Benefits Improve student learning outcomes, especially learning to write personal letters and hone the ability to work alone through exercises under the guidance of the teacher, and do not feel neglected by the teacher because they are still monitored in carrying out their duties. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The design of this study refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model which consists of four components, namely 1) planning, 2) action implementation, 3) observation and 4) reflection. The data collected in this study is in the form of teacher and student activity data during the learning process obtained by using observation sheets and student learning outcomes data obtained by giving individual tests to students. 本研究的主要问题是X班学生在书写私人信件材料方面的学习效果较低。造成这些问题的原因有很多,包括:1)学生不理解所教授的概念,2)教师在进行学习时使用的方法使学生不那么活跃,当然还有其他因素。本研究旨在通过引导练习法提高IPA SMA Negeri 1 Tinombo班学生书写私人信件的能力。在老师的指导下,通过练习提高学生的学习效果,特别是学会写私人信件和磨练独立工作的能力,并且不会因为在履行职责时仍然受到监督而感到被老师忽视。本研究采用的方法是描述性方法。本研究的设计参考了Kemmis和Mc Taggart模型,该模型由四个组成部分组成,即1)规划,2)行动实施,3)观察,4)反思。本研究收集的数据是通过观察表获得的学习过程中的师生活动数据和通过对学生进行个别测试获得的学生学习成果数据。在已经开展的研究中,发现X类IPA SMA Negeri 1 Tinombo Selatan的学生经历了经典吸收比作用前结果增加90%
