Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Ethic on Employee Performance of the Tanimbar Islands District Regional Development Planning Agency with motivation as an intervening variable. The object of this research is all permanent employees of BAPPEDA Tanimbar Islands Regency as many as 50 people.
