Purposive sampling technique was applied to 26 companies that match to the criteria. This study uses a causal quantitative research design. Data was collected by document recording and it was analysed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that (1) ROE, DER, and EPS significantly affected stock price. (2) ROE partially has a positive and significant effect on stock price. (3) DER partially has a negative and significant effect on stock price.
