The information and communication technologies (ICT) are producing new and innovative forms of teaching-learning process in higher education, so our research question is: Which are the determinants of Mobile-Learning as Conceptual Model of Learning Innovation for higher education in Guadalajara Metropolitan Area, Mexico ?
