Авторами статьи рассматривается стратегический менеджмент образовательной организации на современном этапе, затрагиваются проблемы системы государственной регламентации и национальной системы аккредитации высшего образования в образовательной деятельности, рассматривается вопрос утверждения национальной рамки квалификаций и закрепления национальной системы квалификаций.\n This article presents the results of research on the priority tasks of the development of a regional university in terms of the introduction of new technologies in the field of strategic management in the management of an educational organization and the development of effective strategies for the development of regional universities.An attempt is made to conceptually develop a model of an effective contract as a functional tool for managingthestrategicdevelopmentoftheuniversityintheconditionsoftransformationaltransformations. В данной статье приведены результаты исследований приоритетных задач развития регионального университета с точки зрения внедрения новых технологий в сфере стратегического менеджмента в управлении образовательной организацией и выработки эффективных стратегий развития региональных вузов.
