A CSRR array and T-shaped strips were developed to embedded in the tapered slot antenna, which improves VSWR and gain performances, especially in the low frequency regions. Simulation results have been presented with a fractional impedance bandwidth of 186% from 1 GHz to 28 GHz for VSWR<2 and gains better than 2dB. Abstract
An ultra-wideband Vivaldi antipodal antenna with high gain is presented.
