Pendulum structures with a high-aspect-ratio beam are microfabricated using different parylene materials, and their amplitude and stress at resonant oscillation are measured. Abstract
Mechanical response of high-thermally-stable-grade parylene (diX-SR/HR) is investigated for flexible spring applications.
