In order to hedge the risk of investment efficiently, the evaluation system for investment benefits of IDN project is essential to be explored for evaluating complicated IDN investment. Thus, in this study, we propose a new evaluation system of investment benefit for IDN. In the proposed evaluation system, we construct the evaluation index system of investment benefit by considering the three main typical components of the investment benefit, which comprises of economic, social and ecological benefits, and use the TOPSIS integrated with entropy weight method to determine the index weights of the criteria layer and the index layer, set the evaluation index weights and evaluation principles and establish the investment benefit evaluation model of the IDN.
