Abstract

A sensor based on surface acoustic waves (SAW) can be used as one of the variants of sensitive elements of a measuring system. The realtime monitoring of vibration can significantly improve the stable operation of the turbine installation, ensure a timely shutdown and notify on timely repairs. This work applies the modeling that allows to describe the dynamic behavior of the sensor frequency response for multisensor systems. The modeling is used for theoretical investigation of such systems in further development of this topic.
