Thermal-hydraulic analysis of VVER-1000 using TRETON code 使用TRETON代码对VVER-1000进行热水力分析

The code TRETOH is intended for the thermohydraulic calculation of transient, spatially-distributed processing in a VVER core with shell-less fuel assemblies. It implements algorithms for the multi-level solution of the equations of heat transfer and hydrodynamics. The aim of this paper solved based on the development of a porous body model for the core of the reactor. The coefficients of effective thermal conductivity and viscosity were determined, as well as the formulations of the boundary conditions were refined and calculate thermal-hydraulic characteristic parameters of the VVER-1000 reactor when the reactor is run efficiently 104%and 106%. The results include the improvement of the mathematical model and the TRETON software, which showed that it gives a very good agreement with the thermal-hydraulic calculations and with high accuracy. Through the results obtained it can operate the reactor efficiently with 106%, confirming its compliance with the requirements of safe operation.

Analysis of the impact of a microgrid on the reliability of the power system 分析微电网对电力系统可靠性的影响

The paper presents an analysis of the structure of installed capacity and the role of small and micro hydroelectric power plants in covering electrical loads and the stability of the power system. As part of the study of the structure of production and installed power, an analysis of the state of micro-, small hydropower has been carried out taking into account their technical characteristics and parameters and the potential of electric power generation by such hydroelectric power stations has been evaluated. The operation shows the possibility of covering electrical loads in peak operation modes. Obtained results of analysis can be used in development of models and methods of estimation of reliability and efficiency of generating facilities, creation of digital systems on the basis of continuous accounting and analysis of data on technical condition of power equipment and parameters of electric power generation.

EMD-Based Noise-Robust Method for Speech/Pause Segmentation 基于emd的语音/暂停分割噪声鲁棒方法

The article presents a noise-robust method for speech/pause segmentation based on empirical mode decomposition. The method has been developed on the basis of a combined analysis of zero-crossing rate and short-term energy using empirical mode decomposition at the stage of preprocessing. Based on the results of preliminary processing, a set of new investigated signals, containing the most reliable information about the boundaries of the beginning and the end of informative sections of noisy speech, has been formed. The effect of the decomposition method and the influence of fragment duration of the investigated signals on the segmentation efficiency of noisy speech at different signal-to-noise ratio levels, from 20 to -5 dB with a step size of 5 dB, were assessed. The research results have shown a decrease in the values of the first and second kind errors during the segmentation of noisy speech signals using the proposed noise-robust method.

Development of a centralized system for data storage and processing on operation modes and reliability indicators of power equipment 电力设备运行模式和可靠性指标数据集中存储和处理系统的开发

The article discusses ways to store data on reliability and safety indicators of energy equipment using distributed ledgers and centralized storage. Method of joint use of blockchain and software complex for centralized data storage is proposed. The work describes the composition of software developed to store information on reliability and safety indicators of power equipment throughout the life cycle - from production to decommissioning. This solution is based on various database management system for storing both relational data and measured parameters directly from the equipment, as well as a software interface for accessing data through the GraphQl query language.

Lightning Measurement in Sarawak, Malaysia: First Results 马来西亚沙捞越的闪电测量:初步结果

Malaysia is one of the country with highest lightning activities in the world. Regrettably, studies on lightning characteristics is still lacking especially in the Eastern part of Malaysia, which is Sabah and Sarawak. In this study, the characteristics of electric field radiation recorded during lightning measurement campaign in Sarawak had been analyzed. The field measurement was done using parallel plate antenna attached with electronic buffer circuit. The data was recorded using a PicoScope and monitored in computer. Nineteen samples of negative first return strokes were successfully recorded during this measurement. Their electric fields waveform parameters namely peak amplitude, zero crossing time, zero to peak and 10%-90% rise time were thoroughly analyzed. All those values are 8% to 166% larger in comparison to the data obtained from lightning measurement done in the Peninsular Malaysia. It is suggested that various topology and meteorology pattern are among factors that contribute to the discrepancies.

Clearness Index Determination in Santo Domingo To Predict the Solar Radiation 圣多明各明暗指数测定预测太阳辐射

In order to establish the correct dimensions of any device that works with alternative energy it is necessary to evaluate the available resources. Daily solar radiation was measured in Santo Domingo city using a pyranometer. Simultaneously, for every day, the time evolution of the total solar irradiance was determined. The relationship between solar radiation and total solar irradiance was analyzed for a defined period, obtaining the average hourly clearness index global to statistically predict the solar irradiance that will reach the surface on our location considering the cloudiness based on the Julian day. This parameter will enable a more exact simulation of the operation of any device working with solar energy in Santo Domingo, particularly the solar refrigerator of our research group.

Developed of Real Time Simulator for Wind Energy Systems 风能系统实时仿真器的研制

This paper proposes a developed real time simulator for variable speed wind energy system using two devices of dSPACE real time interface (RTI), one of them contains the wind turbine and the other contains the rest of power circuit with the control circuits, due to lake of real model of wind turbine and a permanent magnet synchronous generator. The results of the real time simulation provide that, maximum power generation control technique at the converter of generator side has been achieved, the voltage of DC-link has been kept constant, finally the grid unity power factor has been attained using a simple PI controller cascaded with a hysteresis current controller on the voltage source inverter (VSI) at the grid side. The suggested developed real time simulator design gives more benefits for both research and application of wind energy system whereas the testing in the field is expensive and consuming time.

Mathematical Modeling of Asynchronous Motors for Calculating Short-Circuit Currents 异步电动机短路电流计算的数学建模

In this paper investigates the influence of the listed factors on the error in calculating short-circuit currents from the point of view of their significance for choosing the settings of instant-action releases of circuit breakers using the example of an auxiliary electrical installation at TPP (Thermal Power Plant) #1 in Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan with nine asynchronous motors. The paper describes a computational mathematical model developed in the EMTP (ElectroMagnetic Transient Program, Powersys, France). The ways of improving the method of accounting for asynchronous motors when calculating a short circuit for choosing the settings of automatic switches are proposed. The results of the work can be used in the preparation of a new edition of the GOST 282049-93 standard.

Choosing the Suitable Working Fluid to Recover Heat from Low-Temperature Sources 选择合适的工质回收低温热源的热量

A considerable amount of heat is wasted in many industrial applications at 180 to $250^{circ}mathrm{C}$ temperature levels that can be recycled and reduce the Green-House Gases (GHGs) effects. Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC), nowadays, provides a feasible and efficient recovery solution for these applications. In this research paper, we have investigated and studied the effect of several working fluids (R22, R134a, R123, R245fa, and Acetone, Water, Ammonia) on the cycle thermal efficiency with respect to the heat source temperature. The research showed that the ORC thermal efficiency and the working fluids that could be used depends on the temperature of the heat source primarily. The research also showed the working fluids can be compared in each thermal range and then choose the most suitable working fluid and its thermal efficiency.

Prototype of Intelligent Real-Time Decision Support System Based on Anytime Algorithms and NO-SQL Database 基于任意时间算法和NO-SQL数据库的智能实时决策支持系统原型

Modern research and development of the creation of intelligent (expert) decision support systems, in particular, real-time (IDSS RT) are directly related to the current situation in the field of artificial intelligence, the problem of modelling plausible reasoning. Availability of similar methods for modelling logic in the IDSS RT for monitoring and managing complex systems and processes of various natures allows rapid diagnosis of a problem situation. It helps decision-makers to find effective management solutions to normalize the problem situation. In several cases, the source data may have a rather complex structure, making it difficult to process it. Thus, document and graph data structures with sufficient data storage flexibility replace the classic strict relational models and tables. The article considers the possibilities of non-relational technologies and anytime algorithms for constructing decision trees based on the applying of the K-th level error level criterion in a combined use modelling IDSS RT for energy facilities.
