MECHANISMS FOR REALIZING THE INVESTMENT POTENTIAL OF THE OREL REGION BASED ON THE PLACEMENT OF HIGH-TECH COMPANIES IN THE PREFERENTIAL ZONES OF THE REGION

Abstract

This article is devoted to the role of high-tech companies in enhancing the investment attractiveness and business climate of the Orel region on the background of new challenges facing the economy of Russia and the world. In this article the author has carried out a number of tasks: reviewed from a theoretical point of view the main parameters that influence the level of investment attractiveness and business activity in the region, demonstrated the analysis of current mechanisms of increasing investment attractiveness by placing high-tech companies in preferential zones of the Orel region and other Russian regions. Activities aimed at promoting high-tech companies placement in regions of Russia become the most relevant The key role of state support in planning of high-tech companies location and implementation of major investment projects in the Orel region on their basis is underlined.
