In rotor systems, especially high load-carrying bearing-rotor system, bend usually arises slightly across the shaft for different reasons, and brings out unexpected effects on rotating vibration. This article puts forward mathematical model on rotating vibration response of a rotor system with a bent shaft. Then through calculation in simulation its studies system’s response with different bend settings.
