PROBLEMS OF IDENTIFICATION AT THE PRESENT STAGE OF SOCIETY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы влияния достижений информационных технологий на идентификацию человека в современном мире. Степень влияния технологий привела к диверсификации личностной идентичности, совмещающей в себе и традиционные формы, и новые возможности позиционирования себя в виртуальном пространстве Интернета. Автор отмечает, что влияние технологий на жизнь человека не является прерогативой современного мира, они всегда присутствовали в социальном пространстве людей. Просто в традиционном, индустриальном и информационном обществах сами технологии преобразились, а степень их влияния на человека усилилась. Современный человек уже не представляет своего существования без достижений научно-технического прогресса. Мироощущение человека в мире новой технологической реальности изменилось. Человек уже в меньшей степени идентифицирует себя с этническими, религиозными, гражданскими общностями, границы идентичности размываются, лишаются четко очерченных контуров. Глобальная цифровизация изменила современного человека, и чтобы понять роль технологий в формировании и трансформации идентичности, необходимо осознать эмоциональную зависимость подрастающего поколения от технических новинок. Развитие высоких технологий привело к парадоксальной ситуации: вместо того, что освободить человека, высвободить пространство для развития, они наоборот закабаляют, ограничивают и оглупляют. Автор отмечает, что идентичность приобретает такие характеристики, как разнообразие, фрагментарность, изменчивость, контекстуальность, неопределенность и симуляция. Идентичность трансформируется вместе с изменениями, происходящими в современном мире, расширяются критерии идентификации, некоторые из которых безвозвратно утрачиваются, при этом для сохранения индивидуальности каждого человека необходима определенная устойчивость, базовые формы идентичности, фиксирующие положение человека в новой социокультурной реальности. The article deals with the problems of the influence of the achievements of information technologies on the identification of a person in the modern world. The degree of influence of technology has led to the diversification of personal identity, which combines both traditional forms and new opportunities for positioning oneself in the virtual space of the Internet. The author notes that the impact of technology on human life is not the prerogative of the modern world, they have always been present in the social space of people. It's just that in the traditional, industrial and information societies, the technologies themselves have changed, and the degree of their influence on humans has increased. Modern man can no longer imagine his existence without the achievements of scientific and technological progress. The attitude of a person in the world of new technological reality has changed. A person identifies himself to a lesser extent with ethnic, religious, civil communities, the boundaries of identity are blurred, deprived of clearly defined contours. Global digitalization has changed modern man, and in order to understand the role of technology in the formation and transformation of identity, it is necessary to realize the emotional dependence of the younger generation on technical innovations. The development of high technologies has led to a paradoxical situation: instead of freeing a person, freeing up space for development, they, on the contrary, enslave, limit and stupefy. The author notes that identity acquires such characteristics as diversity, fragmentation, variability, contextuality, uncertainty and simulation. Identity is being transformed along with the changes taking place in the modern world, identification criteria are expanding, some of which are irretrievably lost, while maintaining the individuality of each person requires a certain stability, basic forms of identity that fix a person’s position in the new socio-cultural reality.
