Abstract

采用水乳化燃料的船用柴油机在“日本丸”号训练舰发电机柴油机厂运行。这次实际操作共运行了2063小时。但在实际运行中,出现了对电力负荷的快速增加缺乏响应性能和燃油喷射系统泄漏乳化燃油处理困难等问题。进一步研究了柴油机大修时乳化燃料对各组成部件的影响,得出以下结论:1)在使用乳化燃料的情况下,与船用柴油相比,喷射阀的开启压力总是降低。2)喷油嘴和泵柱塞有轻微的异常磨损。3)活塞群上有玻璃状的白色沉积物和褶皱痕迹,这是由于乳化燃料中含有水分造成的。
