After data collection, descriptive statistics, correlation, and structural equation model were conducted to test the research model. The result of this study revealed as follows. First, cognitive anxiety had a positive effect on burnout, while self-confidence had a negative effect. Second, cognitive and somatic anxiety influence positively cognitive and behavioral commitment. Third, burnout had negative effect on cognitive and behavioral commitment. In conclusion, cognitive anxiety, the sub-factor of competitive state anxiety, increases burnout, contrastively self-confidence prevents burnout of collegiate Taekwondo athletes. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among competitive state anxiety, burnout, and exercise commitment of collegiate Taekwondo athletes. 大学生跆拳道运动员竞技状态焦虑、倦怠与运动承诺的关系
摘要本研究旨在验证大学生跆拳道运动员竞技状态焦虑、职业倦怠与运动承诺之间的关系。为此,对在韩国跆拳道协会注册为运动员的397名运动员(男241名,女146名)进行了数据收集。数据收集后,采用描述性统计、相关分析和结构方程模型对研究模型进行检验。研究结果如下:第一,认知焦虑对倦怠有正向影响,而自信对倦怠有负向影响。第二,认知焦虑和躯体焦虑正向影响认知承诺和行为承诺。倦怠对认知承诺和行为承诺均有负向影响。综上所述,竞技状态焦虑的子因素认知焦虑会增加大学生跆拳道运动员的职业倦怠,而自信则会抑制大学生跆拳道运动员的职业倦怠。竞技状态焦虑和竞技倦怠是阻碍大学生跆拳道运动员运动承诺的因素。
